Please join us! The Northwest Market Association Spring and Fall shows, held each year in March and September, have a reputation as one of the warmest and “best place to do business" shows in the United States. The newly renovated Embassy Suites by Hilton, where we hold our show, adds to the ambiance of the event.

THE EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON PORTLAND WASHINGTON SQUARE.    The Embassy Suites are located in Tigard, Oregon, just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and 30 minutes form the Portland International Airport. The hotel is about halfway between northern California and southwest British Columbia. Buyers come to the market from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Canada and northern California.

BUYER RESERVATIONS  We reserve a block of rooms at the hotel for buyers – and we strongly encourage early reservations. Always mention that you are attending the Northwest Market Association show for our special rate.  Rooms go quickly and are only available up until one month before the show opening.

Be sure to check the Embassy Suites  website to learn all about their wonderful amenities like complimentary breakfast and manager’s cocktail hour, shuttle around the Tigard area, business office, fitness room, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. . .and more. 

SHOW SCHEDULE.   Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 9a-6p.  Tuesday, 9a-4p ballrooms only. Buyer Registration opens at 8:30a each morning of the show and closes one hour before the show closing each day.

ATTENDANCE AND BUYER PRE-REGISTRATION FOR SHOWS.  There is no charge for bona fide buyers to attend the show.  Click here to pre-register for the show. By pre-registering we are able – in advance – to create identification badges for you and other buyers in your store. Badges must be worn throughout the show and is your admittance to complimentary lunches and our Saturday evening cocktail party. Badges ARE NOT sent to your store. They can be picked up at the pre-registration desk in the main lobby of the hotel.  In the event you are unable to pre-register, you are still able to attend the market by bringing a business card; however, please allow additional time for on-site registration.
